can i return my jio phone ?

What I remember is …. They hv mentioned in t&c that to be eligible for refund cust. Must use 149+ plan per month for 12 months as example!! Can’t tell exact minimum plan as per t&c bt it’s 100+ 4 sure!
Now, what most of jphone users did is 49& then 75 rch isn’t?
So as per t&c nothing u will get & condition of phone should be same as fk az replacement policy…. Do chk with. Cc if they entertain the query..

So many t&cs . They’ll require undamaged phone+recharge history of 149(can’t remember the exact recharge amount) for 2 years every month I think.

If you have done minimum 1500 recharge per year for 3 years. Then you can get security deposit after 3 years on returning jio phone.

They are clueless about the return, they come up with standard responses like “We’ll make the return option available very soon” from last 4 months. Hope they stand on their promise.

@MR_BEAST bro where did you recharged these 3 years…..like did you done with jio.com or jio retailer or paytm, freecharge , amazon etc
