Can we have a megathread on Airport Lounge Access with the new TnCs?

We all know that airport lounge access is no longer simple like Before. Most of the credit card companies have started putting restrictions like a minimum spent for quarter or per month. Can we have a mega thread where all of these credit cards which give airport lounge access are mentioned and their terms and conditions and it is constantly updated as the information is received by the members here?
