I am seeing this error while applying through my chrome browser in pc or mobile
in this page after giving dob and mobile number even tried with email and dob. any ideas?

Best way, if you can't find CRN number, Open new Zero balance kotak account (offline: Synergy saving account, Online: Kotak 811) without linking pan. Get CC, close account.

Are you existing Kotak customer?
Here Kotak system is considering you an existing customer, if you are not existing customer then if might be the case thta your mobile number used in past on Kotak by someone.
