Hi Friends,
How long does it take cashback points to reflect in your accounts for following cards (Debit cards)
- HDFC easyshop platinum debit card cashback points
- State Bank of India Debit Card Cashback Points (Sbi rewards)
I made few transaction using my HDFC & SBI Debit cards and made Credit card bill payments (Direct from Payzapp App) and Paytm Wallet Loads etc in last 2+ Months but I didn't receive any cashback points in either of the debit cards mentioned above. I tried checking with respective banks customer care team and they are giving me confused answers like after 3-5 days of transaction done or after 90 days of transaction date. Its abit confusing can someone help me understand what is the generic time taken in these cases.

If HDFC easyshop platinum DC is used to pay bills from HDFC billpay, then points get credited anywhere from 3-7 working days. If used to purchase vouchers from gyftr portal, then 1% points within 1-3 working days followed by 5% points within 90 days. No points for wallet loads or bill payment from other apps/sites.
If HDFC Millenia DC is used, points will be credited within 90 days.
No idea about SBI DC.
In sbi it comes after just 2-3days
Sbi takes 3 to 10 days. Gives points for everything. Don't worry about it.
HDFC easyshop platinum debit card cashback points : Max in 3 working days. generally it gets credited on next day before day's end.
State Bank of India Debit Card Cashback Points (Sbi rewards): Maybe within 5-10 Days.
It will take 90 days to reflect cashback points in hdfc.
