Cellular network wrong routing issues

Respected dimers! In recent times I have been facing a strange issue. Sometimes when I call a person, the call goes to another person.At first I double checked the number and confirmed that I have called the right person but instead it goes to the wrong number. When I call again the call goes normal. Facing this issue once in a while now. My carrier is Airtel. Have u faced the similar issue? Why does this happen? Thanks for your time!

In Jio Very Rare Situation Like Yearly Once I Face This Issue... Happens Both With Outgoing Divert To Another Caller / Incoming When My Friend Call Me But It Goes To Another Caller.
Just Turned Airplane Mode ON And OFF.
Problem Solved.
