I purchased a phone from realme, I cancelled but they are not refunding the amount yet. How to file chargeback with SBI credit card

Chargeback is time consuming and maybe little hectic than it seems. So better try to resolve using realme care and consumer forum and if it doesn’t work then raise chargeback.
PS- I called sbi helpline and asked for chargeback . He raised the SR and I have to submit filled copy of form and send it back over the same email within 7 days. Final reply came after 90 days.
