Cheap customer service and fraud company

I have ordered a Samsung table order number 32218505 on 4th Jan 2015 and asked to deliver it to Navsari Gujrat to my in-laws address. after two days I received shipping confirmation and tracking number . when I was trying to track my shipment it was showing as delivered in west Bengal on 30th Dec.

I called to customer care and asked if I am ordering something on 4th jan 2015, how it is possible to deliver it on 30 th Dec( 4 day prior to order), seem something wrong, please check the tracking number and update the correct one. They were also agree that yes seems to be something wrong and will contact courier partner and provide you details. on 12 th Jan I received one email saying that courier partner confirmed that it has been delivered .

till now they are not ale to provide me the new tracking number, proof of delivery and giving story that as per status it has been delivered.

today 19th jan, still don’t have any update.

called at least 20 times, mailed 20 times but the same story.

Once they get money, they dont want to listen. Planning to file a consumer comapalin against this company.
