Try sun direct DTH. They give NCF pack for Rs. 59. You choose alcarte channels. If available in ur area.

Sun Direct DTH is the cheapest. They have NCF of ₹59(all tax included)
Most (or all other) DTH have NCF as ₹153 (all tax included)

Rest depends on what channels you watch..

Please check if you have Sun Direct in ur locality.

Cheapest DTH is DD direct. But better still, dumpt the DTH and switch to OTT.

This question is not relevant anymore, not since the revised DTH rules which came into effect from 2018. Before that cheapest was Airtel and Videocon D2H and most expensive was Tata Sky, but after the revised rules there’s slight to no difference among the various DTH. The huge scam in respect of compulsory NCF has rendered old plans useless, and has made it beneficial for Tata Sky only, for which the customers were paying absurd amount but now paying on par with other operators.

If that Den DTH is a true DTH (not a cable service posing as DTH) and you are getting all channels including HD especially then stick with it. As for other DTH players you will have to shell out 1000 rs minimum and still you won’t get all channels. I have no idea about Sun DTH, so can’t comment.

If possible go for OTT.
Since in DTH NCF is real killer so even if you don’t watch even a single paid channel you will still end up paying that fee which is around ₹150.
So make that choice if you need many channels specially high value ones and you watch tv frequently.
As said SUN tv have low NCF which is good although I have no Idea about it also as suggested by @Novizio dish tv zing fta sounds good too but I think limited paid channels are available there so make choice on that basis.
Min recharge amount also should be considered to avail small offers . Tatasky have 50 min recharge and service is good too.
