What is the Cheapest Plan in BSNL(Valid For Andhra Pradesh Telecom Circle) to send Outgoing SMS Currently?

Now I got the reality, of why my calls too go unanswered.
Anyway, even the lowest STV like 107 with some main balance would work.
But by spending just 50-60 rupees more, new JIO sim would come with 28days pack.
(Some retailers or target based agents give new jio number with 28days pack for 150-180 rupees.)
