I booked a flight ticket from Ranchi to Hyderabad from a dimer @summit_goel409 yesterday, for aflight on 9th september.
It was booked, I transferred money also, but today I got a message from indigo that the flight has been cancelled.
I contacted indigo and it confirmed that cancellation was from agent side (agent I’d)
I called the dimer and put him on conference with the indigo customer service.
There again indigo confirmed that it was not cancelled from the side of customer, and was cancelled by agent.
this dimer summit_goel409 booked from makemytrip.
Now he is denying any accountability and refusing to refund .
I don’t have access to his make my trip account, and if it was cancelled from tha side of agent, I certainly don’t have any access to agents account.
I have proof of summit_goel409 accepting that the cancellation was not done from my end.
He is denying refund arguing that I got the ticket for a discount. Essentially saying that I shouldn’t expect a refund for his mistake.

Indigo saying it was done from an agent with an agent ID..
Dimer said to me that he booked from MMT.

Get the agent ID and see if it is mentioned anywhere on MakeMyTrip e-ticket.
I didnt do the cancellation… Both indigo and dimer confirmed..
I will get the ID… But it will take 24-48 hours..
But i already lost my money, while the dimer saying he is not accountable…
He should contact MMT and check… And get me a refund or reschedule…

It must be using that mmt 3x refund given by mmt.
If it has been cancelled with the reason you are stating, ideally he should give you the refund in complete. Even if you got the ticket at discount, doesnt mean you arent entitled for refund.If he is giving 30% off, he hasnt incurred much to get that 3x amount too

when you posting deals admins are working overtime cause of the cashback they get ,when shit happens they hide away and do nothing ,desidime trading section ==100% scam section now filled

When someone posts a deal or a loot and any dimer gets it at that time but after a while the same deal is not honored by the respective website and they cancel the order. Will you hold admins responsible for the order cancelation??
It’s the same way here. Someone posted a deal and someone used the deal by booking and when anything wrong happened it’s the mistake of Admins.
Don’t put one person to blame.
Those who have cheated should not have done that and should be punished but cursing the admins for the reason is not legitimate.
File a complaint with MMT with his account details and also lodge FIR with local police , after which he will get lifetime lesson

Obviously if someone is offering 30% off ,there would be some magic happening behind.
Considering the trader has earned so much from this ,ideally he should accept and give back the original amount paid by the OP.
Leave apart the additional loss OP would have bared for arranging alternatives for travel.

World is full of opportunistic con men ( 2nd wave oxygen cylinder and medicine crisis proved that) . I’m not saying sumit is one. But try to make sure you aren’t dealing with one… checking their background or history.
This summit guy should be flagged and should be reported
As a precautionery measure admin should put him on watchlist of Potential scammers.. .. So that he might not do this to others again

It’s not about who has cancelled the booking. Everyone knows about it that who has cancelled it.
I know the coupon code T&C that incase even flight is cancelled by anyone in any scenario then coupon code amount is non refundable. Hence obviously I would not cancel my booking. In the past in August everyone/ desidimer has flown without a single glitch smoothly. They saved they earned. Those people won’t come forward to agree that it was legitimately done with lot of efforts and the huge discounts they got. Only if there is some mishappening lot if people will come to pull the leg even they don’t have anything to get involved in it.All my bookings were done legitimately with new user MMT accounts , new user Irctc accounts, New IP address mobile devices of my knowns.
MakeMyTrip had no objection with it so far from 07 Aug to 07 Sep. See my trade Advertisement and My deal posted in Aug first week.
Now MakeMyTrip revoked all the Travel Vouchers without any reason and cancelled everyone’s booking be it first time individual user or a repeated user. Mine were all legal and verified. If anyone thinks I used offer suspiciously or those were multiple bookings done by me, I have another desidimer living 2000 miles away from me who gave me PNR with same trick and his booking PNR got cancelled too. I have the person’s information who is living 1000 miles away from me and booked very first time with same trick and his booking got cancelled too. It all happened starting from 7th September yesterday. Every desidimer’s booking is getting cancelled from yesterday/today without any reason. It’s not only with one person or me.This cancellation is happening everywhere and with everyone. I also bought flight like that from one other desidimer. Same got cancelled too.
Coming about refund debate. Who is supposed to give to whom ? I didn’t get those codes for free I paid the cost for it.
1250 trip guarantee, 250 Miscellaneous Booking Charges and 1000 to the individual user for giving me Travel Voucher Or PNR. My cost was to generate this 6000 voucher was 2500/- only if Train ticket remains WL The same voucher I was selling @ 4000 means buyer also getting 2000 off he is also a partner in this trick and also every buyer knows that it’s being booked from Makemytrip official Trip Guarantee offer. So means my earning 1500/- per code after selling it within 7 days.
These days there is no crowd in trains , No seasonal rush.
If train PNR gets confirmed that I am going to pay for that
These days no one is travelling
If voucher gets expired within 7 days that I am going to pay for that
Now suppose if I am earning with this trick and then I am supposed to pay/ bear cancellation or someone’s loss. Then what if I have suffered loss in this whole trick in last 1 month , Is someone going to come to me and pay me to recover the losses ?
If I you are buying at regular price regular discount then you can always claim your rights. It was a one time ready deal with huge discounts in which everyone has enjoyed the benefits and perks. How I am alone responsible for this ? I am not a shopkeeper or organisation to whom you came for a refund or replacement or compensation. You buy milk and fruits from Vendor . If those are rotten and wasted go get the refund from them .Go get the refund from the meals and products served by Indian Railways.
After taking the money if someone hasn’t given you the product/ services online go get the refund from those frauds.

As a buyer, i am entitled to get a legit ticket because i paid for it.
And as a seller its your responsibility to ensure that i get a legit ticket..
Whatevee source you use to book your ticket was not proper, thats why that offer was cancelled..
People do say what ever they want to i.e Frauds, cheaters to Airlines,Telecom Industry, Service Industry, companies, Buisnessmen , Ministers.Just they have to move the tongue nothing else.If those big platforms are not spared by public. Obviously they can call any person cheater.We cannot shut anyone mouth. It’s a trading platform if you buy any new mobile from this desidime trading platform you cannot blame the seller for any fault in product. You will have to go to the Manufacturer. I handed over the Booking PNR record locator gave product number for the services if anything unfortunate has happened that mishappening is not done by me.
Makemytrip has officially released the offer which is still active. They cancelled the bookings I do not have any involvement in it. I am not responsible for it. I have done nothing wrong in it. I am not a travel agent. It was a deal I bought by one hand and sold with another hand.
Big organization like MakeMyTrip is not having explanation about these nationwide bulk cancellation with his official released still active genuine offer, products and Vouchers. How I am supposed to be accountable ? You have the PNR you have everything go and fight. I am sure there is no valid fault of mine that MakeMyTrip have while canceling the bookings.
If I am not getting any refund from top , How I am supposed to pay ?

This is a deal where you agreed to book a legit ticket for me… I didn’t get it… Then its your reaponsibility..

Coming to the point if someone has issue paying 400/- for services for getting train number. I posted the original Deal. You go and search train yourself and get yourself rewarded with it.
I search day and night on Irctc.
I book tickets and PNRs for monitoring for WL or CNF testing and and pay/ bear the amount and spend money and time 24*7 hours in it. And you come to me and ask for Sureshot WL train number for free. You know very well to earn 6000/- without any risk from Makemytrip with sure shot WL train number on the first go for free but you have a pain in your stomach while paying 400/- bucks for my hard work and you also know it’s one time charge and you can book daily from that train number.
Loss should be divided between both the parties as no one was at mistake. If total price paid for the ticket was 4900 and the total cost of the product was 2500. Thereby both parties should feel the heat by splitting the losses. If one got benefitted by doing say 10 bookings and got 1 booking which went in loss then that is business. You can not always have sweet dish.

@summit_goel409 – I don’t understand how are you at loss bcoz you earned 3X or 2x from MMT for train ticket which was not confirmed and you used it for booking Air Ticket for the buyer. May be MMT cancelled the ticket from their end, for xyz policy or found your account suspicious – It is your MMT account – you should call and find out why was it cancelled by them and why no refund from MMT? how is buyer responsible for your MMT account?
Had this been cancelled by the buyer @mahi250001 – probably he didn’t deserve a refund as you are not getting anything back from MMT but the situation is different here.
@summit_goel409 – why dont you share MMT Booking ID and admin will have an expert desidimer to get the reason of cancellation from MMT?

I dont know that there is any trip guarantee program om MMT…..
Interesting how much did U saved on the initial ticket booking if it was via MakeMyTrip 🤔
