Wondering why OP Dealt with Shantanu , He was offering only 11% Discount.. Why he did nou bought from a senior dimer 
5K is a good amount and for safe trade you shoud have traded with a trusted person with good back ground !
Now the only way out is Lodge a Police Complain.. Do not allow him to Cheat many more ppl.

So only believed
I planned to buy a good mobile and saved money for more than 6months
Now decided to buy one plus x
I was had 15k so decided to trade for 17k Gv
Now having only 10k
Now Need to wait for 3 more month for a dream mobile
