Cheating on Ordered Item which was cancelled finally by them :(

As you guys aware that there are some occassions they will do provide some items in 100% Cashback for some small duration..
Finally I could get a chance to buy on 24th Feb,
Snowbird SB-KL012 1.7 L Electric Kettle (Black & Silver) for Rs.2999 but with coupon of 100% Cashback..everything went fine and after 2 days they’ve shipped and gave me a courier tracking no as well and cashback too given back in my wallet..

Here is the twist, when I tried tracking for the item in the next day there is no valid details with courier guys,I thought may be initial day1 they wont get the proper details so waited till the day it has to get delivered i.e. 3rd March..but still the courier guys showing the same status from the day1..got doubt and contacted courier ppl with the given tracking no..they’ve said there is no such number in their system even then..

Started mail to paytm..wonderedly after my mail they’ve simply changed the status in paytm as shipment was returned

I can understood the concept then as they’ve just tried to cheat me and in other 2 mails they’re tried to drag the scene and they’ve refunded the amount which was shipment charges of Rs.40/- which I’ve made as 100% cash already returned..

So, I’ve started arguing with them some how I have to get the product which I have won on the offer..these guys wasted my time, my money and my peace for that 10days of drama..I dont want to leave it any more..
now they’ve asked for 24-48 hours again today to confirm about the further action in it.. I have clearly started them that Im gonna meet them in consumer court only.. literally the seller cheated me with the dummy courier tracking number.how a customer looks like to them for their games..

Pls suggest further guys.
