Citibank Credit Card payment by 2 hours late- Will it attract penalty and impact on my credit score?

Hi, i made my Citibank's Credit Card Payment by 2 hours late from due date, i.e., at 2.00am via CRED and it instantly got settled with citibank's confirmation . Will it impact my cibil score and also attract a penalty charge?

If yes, can these be waived off by contacting customer care?
