Swiggy users and Cred are kind of in hide & seek game. Either cred is good at hiding itself or swiggy is good at hiding cred, either way, cred is not always seen on swiggy’s payment options.

so true .. till 1 week cred option was visible .. but from today morning .. again not visible..
I am getting in touch with swiggy support on mail + cred support in twitter ..
Lets see if i get lucky
UPDATE FROM SWIGGY TWITTER SUPPORT: “Also, the payment option isn’t rolled out to everyone, it is only available to a few for testing purposes.”
NOTE: Both cred and swiggy apps are updated.
I guess its still randomly visible in payment options !

Yes I too have the same issue. Was able to use it till yesterday but unable to use it from today. Have tweeted to swiggy and cred and they’ve asked for 48hrs to solve it.

There’s nothing to solve really , the option is in beta testing for now and only available to a few users. If they decide to remove it for you , that’s totally fine and nothing’s wrong with it.

This was the response provided by cred to me. Nothing is mentioned about credpay being in beta version or whether it’s in testing phase.

According to cred cred is available on Swiggy. It’s swiggy that decides what to do with it and for now swiggy is testing the option , not available to everyone

Culprit is Swiggy not CRED
Use Swiggy in dual app and try login with your primary mobile number linked with Cred. It will show Cred payment option.

1. i am not sure how many times – i have used it many times.
2. cred is available as a separate payment option [but this payment option sometimes is not visible even though you have an active same number cred installed on your phone]

Seems cred option is available for all users but for not all devices.
