Closer of Visa Credit card after Getting Rupay additional card?

I need expert suggestions on this:
I got a rupay additional credit card offer for existing visa card. But as these visa cards are not useful because almost no offers. Even many rupay card also not having offers on upi spend. Some rupay like icici has rewards on spend but again rewards redemption charges kills the offer.

- Is it a good idea to close visa credit card of same bank once we receive a rupay of same bank?
- Future card upgrade offers will come or not if we have rupay credit card?

Keeping from long time but no offers. Recently closed idfc.

Too many cards tracking problem. Also have to do transactions to avoid closer.

Choose two or three cards mainly use them for all transactions
If you are using some other card for cb or something. Just pay the card immediately.
This way you don't have to worry about missing payments.

What to do , i want to get rid of junks even if its ltf. Will look for good cards only in future.
