Could anyone have idea about to register a complaint with RBI against AeronPay for not paying my CC bill even after 15 days.

I had made bill payment of 50K Axis and 20K BOB on 22 Jan when no charges were applicable but both showed successful but not settled then I mailed them but issue not getting resolved also they have a feature that dispute transaction below the details of bill payment, so I registered my complain at NCH they refunded trnx of 50K on 6th feb and for BOB they are saying this has been successfully processed from our end check with bank but bob asked me to share bank statement where it showing that I have been changed but I used my bob Snapdeal for this so I haven't shared my credit card @flash007 should I tell bob that I paid via cc for same cc bill payment??
Nope, you don't need to ask anything with BOB.
Aeronpay customer care also said the same to me,
Just reply to Aeronpay that you have checked with BOB and your bank hasn't received any payments, then Aeronpay customer care will ask for the Credit card statement, so share that and then they will either credit the money or refund it somewhere.
Also, Avoid paying the bill from the same card in the future, so that you should not be in similar trouble. I always suspect this to happen, so I never use the same card to pay for itself.
How many days NCH take resolving your issue?
After more than 20 days, finally they refunded the money to AeronPay E-Cash wallet. I paid the amount to my SBI CB card and the payment gone through successfully.
AeronPay app uninstalled successfully. 😷
Today I get my money back on my aeronpay e cash wallet after 1 month but now it's a problem with Ecash .when I make a payment of my card Ecash doesn't do the take next step for payment. Now my money is stuck on aeronpay Ecash wallet .any suggestions
My credit payment is made on 26-05-2024 but on this date also still not credited to the credit card so please resolve this problem soon
