Customers should always be aware of their rights
Honestly the fine should be on higher side
Slaps 30k ?
Slap should have been more tight.
Agree with you... Fine should be higher... By the way how to check if mobile is used or brand new?
I meant if it was ever connected to a network.
If used without internet or telecom signals (say just as a media player or for standalone gaming use) then hardly any conclusive way to know.
Flipkart deserves this... They take everything for granted! Money is not high but reputation damage
It was a Pilot Phase by Flipkart to Charge Handling Fees Twice, but it didn't work in Flipkart's Favor.
The State Consumer Commission also found that the customer had been billed twice for Handling Fees. In addition to the phone's cost, the second bill charged ₹49 as "Handling Fees".
OnePlus doesnt even sell on flipkart. Must be some third party seller.
How to know if a mobile was used before or is new? If used one looks like new (company refurbished it)? Then by looks, we can't even find any difference
For Mobile
In your “About Phone” you should see Software Status or just “Status”. Click it. From here you should be able to check your IMEI information. Now compare the two numbers, if they don't match, then the Android phone you're using is not brand new.
That's not a slap, that's barely a noticeable mosquito bite, maybe at the thick end of one's ankle.
If someone knows the process of raising complaint in Consumer Court after not getting help with National Consumer Helpline 1415.
If anybody knows in details process and been through the same process to get justice, please let me know 🙏🏻
Flipkart is not authorised seller for OnePlus.
Only Amazon, Croma, Reliance, Vijay sales
Then another case for flipkart?
One plus should also file a case too on the random sellers and Flipkart as they're not an authorised seller and ruining their brand by selling second hand products as new.
Slaps? its more of a "Jaadoo ki Jhappi" seeing the amount
