Conversation Rate at Snapay for IndusInd Bank Reward Points

Till last month, Conversation Rate at Snapay for IndusInd Bank Credit Card Reward Points was 1:1.
From This month it is showing 0.75:1 for Iconia Variant and 0.3:1 for Rupay Platinum variant.
Just wanted to know from fellow dimers if this downgradation is user specific or everyone is facing the same issue.
