I got a similar situation. I placed an order 10 days ago and it was never dispatched.

Today I received a phone call from Coolwinks and the staff member said. one of the sunglasses I ordered is oss. So, I asked them to replace it with a different color which he declined and said we can’t do that once the order has been placed. Fair enough.

So he tells me that they will refund the cost of that particular sunglass (~400 rs) to the Phonepe wallet.

Now I don’t know what is going to happen to the cashback amount. Are they going to reverse the cashback too?

Phonepe balance use kar lo pura. Phir return kro. Phir kya ghanta katenge

cancel complete not partial to get full refund other wise upto 1500rs will be adjusted in refund
