Crap service

I have purchased a product on 19th July, as stated on the website portal the product was supposed to be delivered within 3 weeks but that never happened.Hence i have raised a complaint on 30th July/6th AUG/7th AUG 2012 and still I am waiting when the 24/48HRS of false commitment will over by Timtara side. Later on 7th AUG 2012I raised cancelation request for order no : #10291524 .Still I havent got the refund,every time the customer service gives a false commitment that backline team will call within 24/48 working hours.:cry:
