Does anyone else have the same issue? After 2 days of waiting, the support team has replied to me there is a problem with the lending partner and hence it is not visible and they don't even know the ETA.
Isn't this a service deficiency as mine is a fresh loan and paid 10K as processing fees and the only reason I have opted is due to the flexible withdrawals.

yeah, but I also have an IDFC bank account and there is nothing visible in their mobile app. Also, I don't think the flexible withdrawals will be provided by IDFC even if they could help me in showing that loan to me in the app.
In idfc app One option is available for loan . On that you can track your cred cash loan .
Thanks to the ones who are trying to assist me but please note that I am not seeking details about how to view the loan details, my problem is the capability of doing multiple withdrawals on demand and closing them whenever I need as cred cash is a revolving credit loan. So, those draw down options are only available on the cred app but now the cred app is not even showing me that section.
10k as fees only?
Yes
RBI warned ALL THE P2P lenderS from ISSUING FD LIKE SAFETY GUARENTEE SCHEMES like FLEXI, so they stopped it
not only CRED , all the P2P lenders are forced to stop ONLY FLEXI SCHEMES:)
This is the latest news development, now you know why:)
So here on there will never be flexi schemes ever again:) unless RBI loosens grip which will never happen to save the interest of banks FD:)
siting P2P is never safe like FD as the reasoning:)
I don't know if I am well knowledgeable on this. But CRED Cash is a loan partnered with IDFC kind of banks to provide loans that simulate overdraft loan capability for non business customers. In other words, just a replica of Bajaj flexi loan aka overdraft loan being provided by CRED using IDFC as its lending partner.
As per my understanding, the p2p thing is applicable for a product called "cred mint".
Their lending partner is idfc bank, try exploring with them directly.
