Hi, one of my cousin did a credit card payment via CRED app. It says that payment has received successfully. Now it showing that payment has failed and amount will be refunded in few days. Now credit card payment last date is also over. Now what is the next step to be taken. Please let me know

Ask him not to use credit card untill payment is cleared.
Pay min amount due immediately and contact customer care to wave-off penalty

Pay full amount due through net banking and next time do payment well in advance like 4-5 working days if using CRED.
Also pay in parts like 10k at a time, in case of failure, less money will be stuck.
