Cred upi payment of 3k stuck - help to resolve

Made a transaction of 3k using cred upi on 2nd apr. oney got debited from account but not creited to beneficiary yet. CRED help says it will take 5to7 banking days to settle.

Any help to resolve?

Usually, the transaction will settle within 48 hours, to the beneficiary or reversal.

But its more than 48hrs considering transaction time. But still see status as waiting for bank confirmation from beneficiary bank account.
