Credit card bill pay via Park+ not credited

I totally made 4 transaction dated April 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th for amount 501, 502, 503, 504 respectively.
The amounts 501, 503, 504 was credited to my HDFC Millennia credit card, but 502 rs was not credited to my HDFC credit card.
Contacted customer service with statement. But they are closing the conversation immediately. What to do next? Help me friends
