Credit Card Closed After EMI Cancellation

Today ICICI Bank Closed my ICICI Credit Card of 5L Limit I then contacted customer care they replied me that some unusual activity is there in your account so therefore these happened I again ask her that what's the activity then she replied that you are doing EMI transaction with merchant and then cancelling EMI so therefore it happened.
Is there any option for again card to activate?
