Managing finances should come from this age.
As i mentioned in post, i just need 10k limit. Just to keep my credit score intact and meet my online purchase requirements.
1. Apply for FD Based Credit Card
2. Apply for a Credit Card from Mother/Father's PAN and use Add on Card
3. Maintain a Good Balance on Savings Account and get a Pre-Approved Offer for Credit Card Eg- HDFC is very Generous about that (Use their Debit Card Physically, NEFT Transfer etc)
Earn Income First and then apply otherwise you will fall into a debt trap.

First of all, what generated your 800+ score? Did you have other loan/pay later account?
I suggest you get a FD based secured card and based on your income/profile, do not go for higher MAB bank a/c like IDFC, AXIS etc. Open a SBI general savings account and when done, ask them for a FD based card (you said even 10k is fine now, but try to make best amount FD, ask for help from parents, target 40k). This will give you a start for now... you may get unsecured card offer for additional CC from SBI later, then close FD based one.
When you get card, start to close your BNPL accounts one by one FK,AZ paylater etc... all these will be reflected in CIBIL within 3 months of doing so.
I think your spends on CC would be mostly online, right? Inquire at branch about what secured cards they currently offer and yearly fees... @Lootster
* Do whatever, but not 10k limit, as due to such small limit, credit utilization would be high and cibil score will be drawn down, So target 40k, but 25-30k may also do... *
You can also take a look at Paisabazar step up card but you'd be bombarded with spam calls and emails if you signup with them (looks like you already have account). Also comes with top-up facility to pump up credit limit when you have more funds... @Lootster
If you spend 50k in a year on unnati, you get 500 cashback... (extra benefit)
(1) Open a Digi Youth Account in Hdfc Bank. (5k Minimum Balance) After 3 Months you would see LTF Pre-approved Offer.
(2) Open Regular Indusind Bank (Zero MAB Need Some Initial Funding) Create FD About 55k in IndusInd Bank. You'll get a secured LTF Legend CC with 50k Limit. Indusind Reports Secured Card in Cibil. After 3 Months Check You Cibil Score on OneScore, You Would see a Pre-approved One Card just after Checking your Cibil. After Getting Onecard Close Your FD in IndusInd If You Want. You can even apply IDFC And AU Cards on the Basis of Legend Card and both of them would get approved easily.

Good suggestions, but 1. HDFC won't report credit limit in cibil... 2. Not a bad idea provided OP has that much funds to spare (as per what he shared).
