I have been holding many cards but i know most of them don't provide cashback or RPs for adding money to wallet.

Any one aware of credit cards offering RPs for this purpose, I know HSBC but its very less.

AU LIT 5% CB

Which Add-on should I select to get 5% CB on Paytm Wallet load?

Unrelated here, but I have already enabled 2 add-on - 5% offline cashback and 10x reward points on offline spends.

Doesn't those wallets charge extra, making the cashback effectively nill ?

nil is better than -ve stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye.  I mostly load money into paytm wallet and big part of the charges is compensated by paytm as cashback so what ever the difference is there, if can be reimbursed by these cards offering in form of RPs or cashbacks then i am fine.

HSBC does give spend based offers, can wait for that. Good return rate when there is an offer.

If you are not against fd based cards, Kotak 811 #dreamdifferent may just be the card you are looking for. The card provides 2 reward points for every 100 rupees you spend online. NO EXCLUSIONS.

Each point is worth 0.25 paisa. You get 0.5% for online spends and the card has a milestone advantage, if you spend 75000 in an anniversary year, you get 750 rs credited to statement or 4 pvr tickets.

0.5% for online spends and 1% if you achieve the milestone. then you can get 1.5% cashback on wallet loads. That too as statement credit. This is a pretty sweet deal considering most cc's have excluded wallet loads from getting reward points.

One possible caveat, you might have to open a Kotak 811 online savings account. I have one, i dont know if this will work with normal kotak bank account. You can get with just a fd for 10000 rupees.
