Hello everybody,
We’ve recently experienced a huge rush in credit card segment where we’ve seen exciting offers and perks provided.
I want your expertise to decide which cards are more relevant and a must have considering the current trends.
It’ll be great to know the list of cards you own too.
So, fellow dimers… Ahoo! Ahoo! Ahoo!!

Brother, DD is full of Credit Card threads and you say you did not find anything worthy or related 😳. Its a insult for hundreds of dimers who have posted or commented about Credit Cards 😃.

I would suggest you not to search or look for these “NEW AGE CARDS” as @BBal mentioned, this will have impact on your Credit Scores.
BBal wrote:Also please be a bit mindful about these creditline products like slice, unipay, etc., as they may have a bit impact on your CIBIL in the form of loans.
Got it. I’ve never been so confused ever before, there is a whole buffet of cards now. Phewww!
I’ve a good score though but I feel like getting them all.

But the new age cards are the ones that are providing the max offers be it movie tickets, swiggy, zomato, Amazon. They’re everywhere and they’re here to stay

But those offers won’t last long. In the start they provide such offers to grab the user base and then you know the picture. Anyway, everybody’s spend criteria and requirements differ, hence please do assess your criteria and then take a call about any such products.

🤣🤣🤣
Santhu4444 wrote:Yes, They are here to stay and make impact on the Credit Scores. Good Luck.
Haha … Good one bro this discussion has been started out of curiosity so I welcome all the responses. Thanks

Slice and Unicard are not credit cards. Jupiter offers debit card, decent one.
Onecard is okay as secondary card for availing offers.
You see lots of offers/discounts are being given against these cards, to get more customers onboard as most of them are somewhat new entrants. Initially good for availing the offers, have to see how they sustain in long run.

In the last 1.5 years, I have received reward points worth 41k from OneCard. I’d say it’s a solid card.

There are ppl who got nearly 1 lakh profit from slice card via money rotation, so what. If you want to misuse & willing to take risks then it is easy to earn such amt on any good card but that does not make it good for everyone. Also such misusage of cards is mostly done by either jobless ppl or those having such jobs in which salary is good with lots of free time(yes there are such jobs especially in govt/psu sector).

Why? Why did you say all this? OneCard doesn’t give reward points on any money rotation schemes, be it wallet load or rent payments. I genuinely spent and all the reward points were given on the promotional offers that are run by OneCard.
You need to stabilize your mind, Bro. You get out of control out of no reason.
shivrajsingh wrote:how bro?
Because of the offers, that OneCard’s been running.

I was merely stating the facts but you seem to miss the point completely(aka a card worth is not measured only by profit earned as everyone’s usage is different). Anyway I won’t be discussing it further but just to correct you, ppl used to earn thousands worth of reward points by money rotation only via rent payments done on onecard & that is why onecard specifically started excluding it from offers a few months back. Even now there are many ppl reselling GVs bought via onecard offers & this was also one of the reason why amazon finally started placing limit on how much GVs one can buy using credit card in a month on amazon.
As you can see bro, my mind is quite stabilized & in control. It is you who need to introspect why you thought I was somehow offending you via my earlier post. If I were in your place & somebody has replied to me similarly then I certainly wouldn’t be posting like you did.
