Credit Crad UPI Not working for ICICI FasTag Recharge

Hi, I have been using ICICI FasTag since 2-3 months after switching from PayTM.
Till 2 weeks back, I was able to recharge FasTag using Credit Card UPI for any amount (minimun INR 1/-). Now I'm able to reacharge using credit card from apps like PayZapp/Cred but minimum is 500/- and UPI works only for savings account.
Is anyone else facing same issue?
Credit Card UPI was any amount and happening instantly. Now it takes some time if I use other apps and recharge via CC.

Yes, third party recharge via credit card is working fine. Earlier I used to recharge directly using credit card upi for amount less than 500, it has stopped working.
Not sure if it is becuase I completed full KYC process. Also, I'm not ICICI Bank Savings AC holder.

Yes Cred Showing Minimum Recharge 500rs And Crediting To Fastag Balance In 40 Minutes.
In Icici Fastag Portal U Can Recharge From 100rs (Some Charges If Used Other Bank Payment Method Instead Of Icici Net Banking)
Icici Savings Account Net Banking U Can Recharge From 500rs (Instant Credited)
