Croma discount not applying on otp page

Yes I was given instant cashbach when I've purchased my Iphone and Sony WH X1000M4 on croma.com which means the cashback will be posted as reversed transaction on your card and you'll be charged by the discounted amount. However, I was in the same position as you the offer is not being applicable but went ahead with the purchase. Even the store executed tried but failed in applying the code. 

Purchase on Tata neu as you might be getting extra neu coins. If possible try to apply the instant discount voucher so even if you get less discount you can be damn sure or take a screenshot of the applied code later you can use it to raise a ticket with croma. All the best.
