Croma order of smartwatch is shipped and due for delivery tomorrow. Paid via neu card. No option to cancel on website or on app.
Not accepting product at doorstep makes refund faster ?

They try to deliver thrice unless delivery partner marks as buyer rejected to take delivery. In either case once the shipment is updated as returning to seller you will receive cancellation mail and refund.

I think they allow return at stores incase of defects and DOA

That's the only option left. Don't accept the delivery even though the delivery guy might say that you will get faster refund thru return process. That's a big lie. Few products can't be returned after accepting delivery. Service centre is the only way for replacement
