Croma order issue with GV

I placed an order on croma today using GVs. The order didn't get processed and the GVs balance is now showing as 0.
While applying GVs, I'm getting error as Card deactivated. Zero balance.

How long does it take the card to be reloaded back in such cases?
I spoke with the customer care and the representative said that they can confirm only after 4 hrs of placing order.

Something similar happened to me. The amount was deducted from the card but the order not processed. CC said they can confirm after 4 hours so waiting... happened something like this for the first time. Hope for the best 😒

I called and they said that the transaction is still not shown. They raised the complaint and asked to wait 24-48 hours, the usual

You’ll get auto refund within a few days.. if u used multiple gvs you’llget a single gv of all gvs combined..

croma should revamp their refund process and make it easier for customers

1- Mail to croma customer care it will take 7-10 days for refund.

2- croma has stopped giving replacement of new gvs they will activate earlier gvs only.

3- mail them every 1-2 days then only they will work.
