There is CRED mint with 9%. 2 days liquidity. Although p2p via liquiloans but only users with good credit scores are eligible so SOMEWHAT reduces the risk.

What tenure do you have in mind?
For upto 3 years, AU is offering 8 percent.
From 3 to 10 years, it's DCB bank @ 7.6 percent. I expect this to maybe go up marginally in Mid April /April end to 7.75% after RBI hikes interest rate.
For 10 years though, you might as well take KVP (Sovereign Guarantee). Doubles money in 9 years and 5 months @ current 7.5 percent interest rate.
All interest taxable.

Booked FD last month with ujjivan for 560 days @ 8.25%

Yes.
The fact is that you can always have a FD without a saving account in any bank!!
There is no rule that mandates having a saving account for having FD.
It's just that the banks don't want you to know this & definitely want to deter you from opening only FDs.
Why? Simple reason - cost of resources (raw material in manufacturing terms equivalent). Raw material for banks is money - the money that you lend to banks in form of deposits!!
Saving account deposit is a cheaper (interest ~ 2.5-3% p.a.) resource of money for bank than a FD (interest ~ 7-8% p.a.).
To add to it, they can never deduct any arbitrary/supplementary charges in a FD - like sms charges, non AQB/AMB charges, debit card charges... so even lesser revenue (i.e. more costlier) for banks in relationships with only FD!
