AU bank
1cr -2 Cr non callable @ 8.35% Normal FD at 8.24% APR for 2-3 years.
Senior citizen 8.77% APR.
What tenure do you have in mind?
For upto 3 years, AU is offering 8 percent.
From 3 to 10 years, it's DCB bank @ 7.6 percent. I expect this to maybe go up marginally in Mid April /April end to 7.75% after RBI hikes interest rate.
For 10 years though, you might as well take KVP (Sovereign Guarantee). Doubles money in 9 years and 5 months @ current 7.5 percent interest rate.
All interest taxable.
Less tenure, max 18 months
Booked FD last month with ujjivan for 560 days @ 8.25%

Will FD rates increase further… as repo hike of 2*0.25 is highly likely.
When are FD rates likely to peak out?
Repo of 0.25% is likely. 0.50% is a bit unlikely. Waiting for Thu.
