Deal alerts restricted to 10 only

I propose to increase it to atlest 50 or 100.

Not every deal can be vouched.

Only way to pick relevant deals from keywords is deal alert.

Capping it to 10 won't bring any advantage to platform. 

Neither it will bring any harm to moderation of website. 

Just a thoughtful suggestion. @Rosh_0007
