Debit card OTP delivery stopping again and again

Anyone else facing the issue not with hdfc ICICI but on SBI and many psu banks even on jupiter sometimes banks stop sending OTP for many hours

Yesterday I was trying jupiter debit card for small amounts like 100 and 2000 OTP was delivering but OTP was not delivered for 5000 rupees amount and in the morning that too stopped

Try putting airplane mode then turn it off, usually works.
