Hi guys,
I need to contact delhivery courier because my package has been stucked at one hub for so long. Does anyone know how to contact them on phone, not able find any phone number on net.

Ya, but it’s been stucked at my nearest hub since last 6 days, when i tracked, it says it is delayed due infra issues ( hq dock, power) don’t know what that’s mean though.
Send them an email by mentioning your tracking number [email protected] or login to their website and raise complaint.

I remember they had a telephone number on their site last year, I called them once. Now maybe they stopped the call facility because of call volume increase.
Yes for me also it is showing the same delay due to infra issues (power ,IT,dock, HQ ) wt does this mean ?

My order from bumsonthesaddle also got delayed heavily last month and this month too. Anyway, got the package delivered at last.
The only effective way to contact delhivery is via their twitter handle : @ help_delhivery
Reach them on twitter that is the only platform on which they revert also if the seller has twitter handle, tag them also saying do not use delhivery as your delivery partner.
dont worry some problem these days because of ongoing situations… they had delivered mine also after 8 das
