How’s the experience in buying laptop from dell website in India? How’s the return policy? Is it better than Flipkart or Amazon?

Return policy is similar to the experience you get when you buy from local dukaan. Returns are not easy but they do provide replacements.
Don't buy Dell laptops. They are ripping off customers by providing substandard hardware in overpriced laptops.

You ll not a get good 400 nits ips displays under 1 lakh. Laptops costing 80-90k have 250 nits wva displays, which is nothing but looting innocent in broad daylight.

It can't be worse than flipkart, that's for sure. Returning laptop on flipkart without a technical issue confirmed in written by brand service centre is very difficult & even after that it is only replacement & never refund unless that model went out of stock. Not sure about amazon laptop return policy nowadays.
