Moderators can delete topic if they find it against rules. But nothing personal here. Just a view Supreme Court Judges Telling People of India- Democracy is in danger. Actually, they are telling people that if you don't vote for a particular party or a particular party is not ruling this country then there is no democracy. few weeks back, Sikh Riots case opened up again which can land people of the most democratic party of India in jail and suddenly democracy is under threat. Coincidence? Rahul Gandhi goes to Bahrain for unknown reason and mask it with entertaining NRI and after few days SC comes to tell media, Democracy in Danger? Coincidence? Now you are not getting paid by Wahabi Vichaardhara People and all your transactions and your accounts are scanned that's why Democracy in Danger? Whether this country is run by people/govt or what 2-3-4 Supreme Court judges think? Are they trying to take control of democracy and if SC is unheard at some points they will create sense of fear in country? These days Judges and Advocates are unable to make enough money or hoard cash as don't know when DeMo hits back again and Democracy is in danger? Waah re Supreme Court ke judges, maan gaye, agar Hindustan kuch chandd logo ki soch se nahi chalega toh Hindustan khatrey mein hai. Sidha sidha keh kyu ni dete ki ab mushkil lagta hai honestly jeena. Corruption ki aadat si ho gayi thi. 65 saal jis tarikey se jiye ab tarikey badle nahi jaatey. Sharm aati hai ki Supreme Court jaisi ucch satariye adalat ke judges ki apni personal opinion ko woh desh ka opinion bataney mein media ka sahara le rahe hai. Kuch logo se pach ni raha ki desh sahi rasto pe kaise utarney lag gaya aur unki dukaney ab kaise chalengi. Pata chale corruption ke paise se jo garibo ki zaminey hathiyaayi thi thode din mein woh bhi chali jaye. If I go through profile of 3 of these judges, one can understand easily it's not democracy but personal interest of these judges is in danger. Ram Rajya mein Raavans ko ab khatra mehsus hone laga hai kya? Kab tak logo ko aapas mein bhidayoge? Is karobaar mein SC bhi utar gaya aaj. Edit: As per latest feeds, Govt was planning coming up with Bill in LS that would've landed Corrupt Judges of Higher Courts behind bars and it was leaked by some people and fearful people of judiciary come up in Media to let people know that Democracy is in Danger. The first one to acknowledge was Salman Khurshid who himself in under corruption charges.. Yeh toh wahi baat ho gayi mai marney se pehle desh mein aag laga deta hu shayad bach hi jaayu. Edit2: Judges are in fear as there was a view that Video and Audio recording should be done inside premises. So democracy is really in danger for some honest kind of judges. lol

however these following steps are really threat to ‘democracy of some people’ which they were enjoying since many decades -

What will you do if these judges are correct?
Read Bar&Bench and other news sites. As much as i had read during earlier Supreme court news, i realised that Justice Jasti Chelameswar was considered a very upright and respected Judge.

Justice Mishra is the first cji of India who have z security with bulletproof car bcoz of Yakub memon judgement .

He got serious threats after that case , so obvious some people are directly threatening him , some like Bhushan indirectly threatening him .

but i know a lot about prashant bhushan , so you need to read about him ,

- फिर जस्टिस कुरियन जोसफ और जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई का नाम सुना सुना लगा देखा तो पता चला इनकी नियुक्तियां कैसे हुई थीं
- फिर देखा कि अवार्ड बापसी गैंग और टुकड़े टुकड़े गैंग सक्रिय हो गयी है इनके समर्थन में
- फिर पता चला कि वामपंथी नेता डी राजा मिलने पंहुचे जजों से
- फिर देखा कि कांग्रेस,वामपंथी समेत सभी वामपंथी मीडिया भी कूद पड़ी और “लोकतंत्र खतरे में है” चिल्लाना शुरू कर दिया

अब पूरा प्रकरण समझ में आ चुका है और चूंकि मिलोर्ड ने जनता को निर्णय करने को कहा था तो सोचता हूँ में अपना फैसला सुना ही दूँ 😉

दरअसल आज जो सुप्रीम कोठे के दल्लों का ड्रामा हुआ, दो लाइन में आपको पूरी बात बताने जा रहा हूं कि वो क्या था। दरअसल देशद्रोही वामपंथी कांग्रेसी जो भी याचिका दायर करते थे इन ही चारों गद्दार जजों की बेंच के सामने करते थे ताकि इन से मन मुताबिक फैसला करवाने को मिल जाए लेकिन दीपक मिश्रा के मुख्य न्यायाधीश बनते ही इनके हौसले पस्त होना शुरू हो गए क्योंकि दीपक मिश्रा जी ने इन जजों के सामने दायर की जाने वाली याचिकाओं की सुनवाई के लिए अपने मन से दूसरी बेंच गठित करना शुरू कर दी। इससे कांग्रेस वामपंथी और भ्रष्ट न्यायपालिका के नेक्स्ट को पलीता लगना शुरू हो गया जिसकी परिणति आज सुप्रीम कोठे के बिकाऊ जजों के द्वारा की गई प्रेस कांफ्रेंस के रूप में हुई।

Politics in India take place within the framework of its constitution, because India is a federal parliamentary democratic republic, in which the President of India is the head of country and the Prime Minister of India is the head of the government. India follows the dual polity system, i.e. a double government which consists of the central authority at the center and states at the periphery. The court’s mandate is to protect the constitution, to settle disputes between the central government and the states, to settle inter-state disputes, to nullify any central or state laws that go against the constitution, and to protect the fundamental rights of citizens, issuing writs for their enforcement in cases of violation.¹

Governments are formed through elections held every five years (unless otherwise specified), by parties that secure a majority of members in their respective lower houses (Lok Sabha in the central government and Vidhan Sabha in states). India had its first general election in 1951, which was won by the Indian National Congress, a political party that went on to dominate subsequent elections until 1977, when a non-Congress government was formed for the first time in independent India. The 1990s saw the end of single-party domination and the rise of coalition governments. The elections for the 16th Lok Sabha, held from April 2014 to May 2014, once again brought back single-party rule in the country, with the Bharatiya Janata Party being able to claim a majority in the Lok Sabha.²

In recent decades, Indian politics has become a dynastic affair.³ Possible reasons for this could be the absence of party organizations, independent civil society associations that mobilize support for the parties, and centralized financing of elections.⁴ The Economist Intelligence Unit has rated India as a “flawed democracy” in 2016.⁵
