Use Baking soda, warm water and vinegar combo to clean. Or use Baking soda and citric acid with warm water. Be careful as baking soda & citric acid will froth once you add warm water.
There are many such solutions on the internet give that a check.

how to get rid of lint, which got stick to cloths after washing machine wash, even by new washing machines? These lints are too much visible on black cloths. Can these descalar help to get rid off lints?

I doubt it will work. But you may give it a try. Lint requires more of scrubbing than descaling.

Avoid to purchase IFB Washing machine products from AMZ/FK, they are both selling fake products whether seller is trusted or not. I have confirmed the same with IFB technicians and packaging & material they used is completely different.
i told whirpool and ifb seller that this seller is selling fake descaler of their companies at 80% discount even sent them invoice copy and photo of the product.ifb said they will check with team and never replied.whirpool customer care person said sir kamane do unhe bhi aap hamare service center se mrp pe kharid lo as no discount.

Check If there’s batch number printed on the back side of the packet. From what I have heard fake ones don’t have batch number printed on them.
Buy the cheapest 1kg citric acid from amazon. Use half cup of citric acid powder in washing machine for each descaling. Scales are mostly insoluble calcium and magnesium phosphate and carbonates. These dissolve in acid. Citric acid is a mild acid that works wonderfully. I use this regularly. If your machine smell of mold, use half cup of Rin liquid bleach instead of citric acid.

is descaler necessary for washing machine on hard water area only? Also ours is a top load and not side load so please enlighten.
Our area has no hard water and we’ve never used nor were aware that some descalar powder is necessary. Tho recently, our municipality water quality is very bad, dirty and smelly and the washing machine also started smelling.
But we just poured dettol on every load along with surf detergent.
Detergents contains carbonate and phosphate. Since newer Machines are designed to use less water they may build up residues and scales. So it is better to use a descaler but with lesser frequency.
