Desidime dime redemption issue

I redeemed 250 dimes for 250 Amazon voucher on 25 January but the gv is showing confirmed it's been more than 10 days.anyone else faced the same issue

i redeemed 1 more than a week back, messaged admin. he said i will get it soon. but didnt get it til now. maybe they are out of funds for now. dont wanna bug them

Those must be Gold Dimes, not Dimes. And the Wheel thing is called Weekly Malamaal.
Shouldn't it be simply mentioned somewhere in the app or website "Redeem your Dimes" ?
I mean it is that simple!!
When system is automatically doing the work then why taking different time24 hrs 48 hrs 72 hours 8 days etc .
Not 1000s of dimers doing redemption everyday so that system become slow .
There is technology problem in desidime system . Upgrade in technology is needed i think.
