Didn't get ₹ 100 on ₹ 500 cashback on Amazon !

I placed order on my another account where i have exactly same offer.
Prior to placing order , I called amazon cc and explained them whole scenario.
I basically wanted to record issue before placing order.
Amazon cc agent took time to understand and told me to place order.
I placed order worth 521 , got 100 cashback after product shipment.

I got 150 on 500 for Az UPI payment offer for paying Credit Card. Got CB immediately in 10 mins. after ordering

For me also , I got 100 on min 500 in 2 accounts.
But one account still haven’t got anything. Amazon CC is just giving dates after dates with so called escalation.

Ordrd for 600 and got 100cb instantly.

Guys, good news. I got 100 cashback in amazon pay after multiple followups with amazon cc.
