Dilemma - Should we use HDFC Tata Neu credit card at Tanishq for jewellery purchase?

This might sound like a silly topic but please bear with me.
A family member has HDFC TATA NEU INFINITY CREDIT CARD and she wants to use that card for buying jewellery from TANISHQ. But after coming across so many complaints on Twitter about neu coins getting blocked, she is doubtful. And, I'm also unsure about this after reading dimers' complaints about Tata Neu coins getting blocked. Getting 5% on jewellery transactions is a great feeling, but it will feel worse if those coins get blocked.
The transaction amount will be between 10k-15k.
Dimers, from your knowledge and experience, should she use her Tata Neu Infinity Credit Card at Tanishq?
If not, what is the second best payment method to use?

What do you mean by genuinely? What is the nature of your usage? And, is the same address linked to multiple tata neu accounts?

Tanishq charge high making charges like I purchased stuff worth 6gm, they charge almost 8k for the making charges. I’ve tata neu infinity and no card block issue but I would recommend to buy gold offline.
