I have IndusInd Pinnacle CC.
- Can I follow steps of opening a Indus Exclusive Account online & then link My Pinnacle card in Indus Mobile App to get the account converted to Zero MAB.
- Kindly provide a link to open Indus Exclusive Account online (if it can be opened online) Or Do I need to open in Branch only ?
- Is initial funding required opening online ?
- Can initial funding be removed completely after few months or some amount has to be kept in certain intervals to avoid downgrade of Exclusive account
- What happens in case one already has a normal Digital account of Indus Bank? Can one hold 2 different categories of Indus Savings account ?

Again like you said I can visit branch & ask them to map CC to Savings account which I believe can be done via Mobile app too (Unsure)
But if you asking to visit Branch to tell them to make my Exclusive to Zero MAB by mapping CC , they deny the same & say it cannot be 0 MAB account (Already visited)

I called indusind for an account opening request, then in the followup asked for a home visit for opening account. Executive travelled 15km and opened account happily. It was a simple max active account. So I guess you can do something similar, request for a home visit for opening the exclusive account.

Initial funding would be required, I had given a cheque, since I did physical. Since my intention was to create FDs as indus has good competitive FD rates, keeping the minimum relationship value wasn't an issue for me. Since you have a Pinnacle CC, you should get 0 MAB accounts, but branch people do not want to honour this things, so I guess you will have to write some emails to CS to get this done, in that time your money probably will have to be kept to avoid any charges.
5. What happens in case one already has a normal Digital account of Indus Bank? Can one hold 2 different categories of Indus Savings account ?
I think you can have different accounts at different branches, in this way you can keep your existing account and have an account opened in nearest indusind branch. Alternative is to open an account with a family member. An indusind exclusive account can have 5 0 MAB addon accounts. I have 3 such accounts at the same branch with my family members as 2nd holder. This helps for more exclusive debit cards.

AFAIK you can open exclusive account online then go to branch to surrogate pinnacle cc with your exclusive account. It will become unconditional Zero bal account till you keep pinnacle cc linked.
