i made a online purchase from timtara.com on 19 march 2012 of the following items:
order no. date of purchase product
1) 10218406 19 march 2012 Dr.Morepen MT 223 DigiSmart Digital Thermometer(MT 223 ).
2) 10218408 19 march 2012 Samsung Galaxy Y Duos Mobile Phone S6102 (S6102 )
3) 10219456 21 march 2012 Nokia C2-00 Dual SIM Mobile Phone (Black)(Nokia_c2)

I PAID RS 10000
THROUGH ONLINE TRANSACTION.MY PRODUCT WAS NOT DELIVERED NOR THE MONEY REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT.NOW THEY HAVE STOP RESPONDINDING TO MY EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS.MANY COMPLAINTS ARE PENDING AGAINST THE WEBSITE.

timtara.com is a fraud site.
many complaints are pending against it including mine.
they offer huge discounts to lure customers and the product is never dispatched.they stop taking calls after the payment is made and dont reply to emails.
you should stop your association with such sites.
