Is there any Realme X7 Max user, who can confirm if they get 5G signal in their smartphone ?
I live in Kolkata and I've got the Welcome Offer in the MyJio app, but can't seem to get any signal.
I tried it in different parts of the city with every settings possible.

update software if not done
wait for 2-3 days it starts picking up 5G

I've recharged with 155 but actually I'm still on the factory version without doing any software update.
I think the fault lies with that itself.
I'm gonna download the 3.7 gb update and check after that.
Btw are you on the latest version of the update ?

I've updated to Android 11 yesterday, but still not getting 5G signal.
I'm also not seeing 'Unlimited 5G' written in My Plans, which used to be there.
In 'Check 5G Readiness', it's saying 'Jio Welcome Offer not applied', which also used to be active.
But at the same time, in the Mobile section of the MyJio app, 'Jio True 5G Prepaid 5G', is mentioned above my number.
So what seems to be issue now ?
Do I have to update to Android 12 or is 155 prepaid plan isn't eligible for 5G, but I clearly remember a few months back, when it was.

I've now recharged with 395 but still no 5G signal. I've also updated to Android 11, now do I need to update to 12 i.e Realme UI 3.0 dated 22/03/22 of 5.2 GB ?

You have to install all updates. Don't remember which update enabled 5g.

Bro using from last 1 year almost. Full 5g . No issue at all as I think it has 13 5g bands.
