Does anyone use AU Bank Zero Balance Account?

So I created an AU Bank Zero Balance Digital Account and did not opt for the debit card because it was paid.
I do have access to the netbanking dashboard now but I am not able to access FD and other options because it says I have to do secondary authentication using Debit or Credit Card.
Well, I have neither so is there any other way you know to authenticate the account?

I chose the Digital Savings Account but on the features page for Digital Savings Account, it does't list a free virtual debit card. I was just asking them if they provide it for AU Abhi customers, why aren't they offering it to me.
I don't recall AU Abhi being offered as an option when I signed up though.
I contacted customer support today.
They are saying they can activate transactions on my account but that'd just let me do things on the Netbanking and app. It won't let me use UPI on the account. For UPI I need to have a debit card. Also they don't provide a virtual debit card with this account.
I mentioned that there is this account type on their website (https://www.aubank.in/personal-banking/savings-...) which has virtual debit card and they said it is only for that account type and it cannot be opened online (although it does say you can open it online).
I tried telling her I am thinking of closing my account, but she didn't offer to convert the account type to the one above. So now I am wondering if I should get another zero balance (Equitas maybe) or just get the debit card cuz it is only 177Rs.
Do update here when you find the solution
These digital accounts usually come with a virtual debit card. Don't they?
No for au you have to order physical card after arrival of card virtual card will show in app
Did you have to fund the account with 5k balance even before the video KYC? How easy is the account opening process?
Account opening was really simple. You just sign up online and the video-kyc takes 10-15 mins (most of which is waiting for your turn). You need your pan card, a blank paper and pen for the kyc.
Probably you will be handed over DC.
Contact customer care, they will activate transaction rights.
@Wander-lust Any reason for choosing the ABHI account over the digital savings account?
