Hi!
I had a cred cash availablity around 2.8lacs.
I used 60k to close a loan and gradually with small withdrawals of 20-30k i used 2lacs from the limit.
Paid about 2-3 emi's of each loans and i saw that my cred cash option is deactivated.
After about 2-3 emi's, i forclosed all the plans and now i have none of it pending.
It's been a month or more that i have forclosed all the loans, but the cred cash is still deactivated.
It says that it can be changed if i pay emi's on time but as all the loans are forclosed, i was confused.
So my question is, does it reinstate?
If it's an one time thing then it makes sense.
If not then is there a certain in which it reinstate again?.

My option had disappeared 4/5 months back that time had 2L, a month back I raised ticket, got option back with 5L limit.

They will reinstate in sometime, if you don't take any loans from other banks, i took a home loan 1 year back , at that time cred cash wasn't available for me( upto 6 months), other than that cred cash was always available (480k- 500k) for me, and ROI is always below 12
