Does HDFC Shoppers Stop VISA Credit card provide Sale discounts in Flipkart/Amazon/Myntra ?

My friend (salaried, but no cibil) has applied for one through an agent since he was unable to get any CC in the first place. He is mainly interested in Sale discount of 10% in popular e-commerce sites.

Amazon - recently, HDFC bank excluded Tata Neu RuPay and Visa variant for 10% sales discount offer (If your card is already saved then currently working for 10% discount on Amazon).

HDFC Shoppers Stop RuPay variant - not working on Amazon (I think Visa variant also excluded)

Flipkart - Currently all co-branded HDFC RuPay/Visa cards working.

I think HDFC bank will soon exclude co-branded cards for sales 10% discount offers.
