Does paying utility bills in Tata neu with infinity card still gives 5% neucoins (1.5% base +3.5%)

Although fair usage policy is of bills of 40k per month.

in the current statement i have not got 5% for the bills paid after 20th OCT.

Is their Fair usage policy got updated ??

Finally raised discrepancy with the customer care, they agreed that coins were not credited for the eligible transactions , which they have raised a complaint and that coins will be credited in next billing cycle

SBI cashback is far better than this.

Cashback reflects in statement & here you have to calculate neucoins & some neucoins will credited in next statement ( depend on grocery, UPI)

After 3 months, calculation of neucoins of bank and mine didn't match
