Does RM works from branch or corporate offices ?

Do Relationship Managers sit in branch with which you hold account? or do they work from corporate offices just like customer support guys.
Also, in most of the cases banks outsource customer support from service based companies like tech m, wipro , Teleperformance etc. Even if RM sits in corporate office is he on payroll of bank or vendor ?

I was assigned RM recently and he told me that he works from my home branch (he might be lying)
However, I even observed one thing when I dialed ICICI RM number on saturday, as my own RM wasn't available so call was connected to some other guy and I felt like he is working from office.
When I asked ICICI cx support, they told me that RM works from office.
My HDFC RM sits in one of the HDFC branches where I have an account in. Same for my indusind account. I have gone and physically met my HDFC RMN or he has come to my home with branch people.
Axis works from HO, unsure.
Can't say of others.

in HDFC there are virtual RMs and RMs . the normal RMs will be in any one of the branches. virtual RM pool will be in a separate office.
i got virtual RM but how to get normal RMs?

What is it that you are trying to infer from this question?
RMs are bank employees, mostly junior employees. Never outsourced. Mostly they would be from your home branch, but not always, can be from different branch too.
Hmm question helps me to know where my RM is so that incase if I get to meet them in person it will be helpful to make more rappo with them, which is win win for both as they can easily offer what we want and I can ask what I want:) more easily

jokes apart, but ya you are right:) if we are not showing our money they wont show their perks xD a simple business deal indeed,
but i want to negotiate like a trader (who just exchanges with nothing in hand and just exchanges and makes profit) xD with maximum profits xD
hmm poor sure have trouble in democracy and capitalist oriented country like India
In ICICI Bank, RM sits in the corporate branch at Sarita Vihar. I think they are on bank payroll.
